SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 100 dal of ready product: natural honey, 4.0-6.0 kg; linden flowers an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first blend prepared from 0.05-0.15 kg of linden flowers, 0.4-1.2 l; propolis tincture, 0.01-0.04 l; inverted 85.8% sugar syrup, 11.0-12.0 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified water, the balance, to provide the strength of vodka 40%. Proposed vodka provides enhancing stability, prophylactic properties, barely detected aroma and after taste of melon, and expanding assortment of vodkas.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
