SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition containing therapeutically effective amount of epoxysteroid aldosterone receptor antagonist and therapeutically effective amount of angitensin-II receptor antagonist. Composition can be used in medicine for treatment of circulation disorder including cardiovascular damages, for example, hypertension, congested cardiac insufficiency, cirrhosis and ascite. Compounds showing high activity and biological availability are preferable as an antagonists of angiotensin-II receptors. These compounds have residue of imidazole or triazole connected to diphenylmethyl or pyridinyl/phenylmethyl radical. Preferable epoxysteroid antagonists of aldosterone receptors are 20-spiroxane steroid compounds having 9α, 11α-substituted epoxy-group. Preferably, the composition has 5-[2-[5-[(3,5-dibutyl-1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)- methyl] -2-pyridinyl] -phenyl-1H- tetrazole as antagonist of angiotensin-II receptors and epoxymexrenone as antagonist of aldosterone receptors. Use of invention ensures to attenuate hypertension and decrease or prevent progression of congested cardiac insufficiency simultaneously.
