FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry, particularly, production of special vodka. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing of potable water with alcohol. Prepared solution is filtered through a carbon-cleaning battery. Then the following ingredients are introduced in it: 65.8-% sugar syrup, lemon oil preliminarily dissolved in rectified alcohol in ratio 1:10, and also succinic acid preliminarily dissolved in corrected water. Quantity of above-mentioned ingredients is 16.75-17.75 kg, 0.17-0.23 kg, 0.125-0.175 kg, respectively, per 1000 dal of prepared product. Aqueous-alcoholic liquid is the balance.
