SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a novel derivative of 8-azabicyclo[3.2.1] oct-2-ene of the formula (1) where R means H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, phenyl or benzyl; R1 means where R2 means H, alkyl, cycloalkyl or furanyl, thienyl, oxazolyl, isoxazolyl, pyridyl or thiazolyl. Indicated heteroaryl group can be substituted with one or more substituents taken among alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkoxy-group, halogen atom, CF3, OCF3,, CN, amino-group, nitro-group, phenyl or furanyl; or naphthyl, benzofuranyl, benzothienyl, benzimidazolyl, benzothiazolyl, quinolinyl, isoquinolinyl, thieno[3.2-b] thienyl or thieno[2.3-b] thienyl possibly substituted with one or more substituents taken among the group comprising alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkoxy-group, halogen atom, CF3, OCF3,, CN, amino-group, nitro-group, phenyl.
