SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel compounds of the general formula (I) where R means hydrogen atom, alkyl, aminoalkyl, halogen- -alkyl, aralkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, alkoxy-group, phenyl or substituted phenyl or pyridyl group; term alkyl means linear or branched carbon chain containing from 1 to 18 carbon atoms; term halogen means fluorine, chlorine, bromine or iodine atom; term cycloalkyl means alicyclic saturated group with 3-6 carbon atoms; term aralkyl means aryl-alkyl group where aryl means unsubstituted phenyl group or phenyl substituted with alkoxy-group, halogen atom or nitro-group. Invention relates to also method of synthesis of these new compounds and pharmaceutical composition based on thereof showing antiepileptic activity. Invention can be used for treatment of patients with some diseases of peripheral and central nervous systems.
