FIELD: production of coats from precious metals and their alloys; electrical and radio engineering; jewelry. SUBSTANCE: forming the coat is performed by magnetron spraying of target cathode from precious metals or their alloys with ions at energy sufficient for transfer of metals or their groups to substrate at microalloying of coat with chromium and iron. Microalloying is performed by spraying of elements with glow discharge. Coexistence of magnetron and glow discharges ensures galvanic coupling of anode unit and substrate at positive electrode and target cathode and elements of device with negative electrode. EFFECT: enhanced wear resistance due to dispersion hardening. 3 dwg
