FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has pipe to pass fuel and housing enclosing the pipe. Housing is made in form of cylindrical or conical envelope installed coaxially relative to pipe. Layer of filler is found in clearance between housing and pipe. Filler is made of composite material including cholesterol and/or its modifications and alloying additions chosen from the following list: chromium oxide, aluminum, nickel, copper, titanium, silicon, activated carbon and also polyvinyl acetate or epoxy resin as base. Result is the best at the following ratio of components, mass %: chromium oxide 0.1-3; aluminum 0.1-3; nickel 0.1-3; copper 0.1-3; titanium 0.1-3; silicon 0.1-3; activated carbon 0.1-3; cholesterol and/or its modifications 0.1-10; polyvinyl acetate or epoxy resin - the rest up to 100%. Epicholesterol or unesterified cholesterol can be used as cholesterol modifications. EFFECT: increased economy, reduced toxicity of exhaust gases owing to more complete combustion of fuel in engine combustion chamber. 3 cl, 2 dwg
