SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel heterocyclic derivatives of the formula (I) where one of R1,R2,R5 is carboxy-group, C2-C5-alkoxycarbonyl, C1-C8-alkyl, substituted hydroxy-group, carboxy-group, C2-C5-alkoxycarbonyl or the group of the formula -NR9R10 where each of R9,R10 means independently C1-C6-alkyl and each of two others means independently hydrogen atom, C1-C6-alkyl or C1-C6-alkoxy-group; R3 or R4 means the group -NHCO-R7 where R7 means C1-C20-allyl, C1-C6-alkoxy-C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6-alkylthio-C1-C6-alkyl, C3-C8-cycloalkyl, C3-C8-cycloalkyl-C1-C3-alkyl, phenyl, phenyl-C1-C4-alkyl, the group -NHR8 where R8 means C1-C20-alkyl and others are hydrogen atom, C1-C6-alkyl or C1-C6-alkoxy-group; R6 means C1-C20-alkyl, C3-C12-alkenyl, C1-C6-alkoxy-C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6-alkylthio-C1-C6-alkyl, C3-C8-cycloalkyl, C3-C8-cycloalkyl, C3-C8/ -cycloalkyl-C1-C3-alkyl, phenyl-C1-C4-alkyl; Z means the formula: and it is a binding group with nitrogen atom under condition that when one of R1,R2,R5 is carboxy-group or C2-C5-alkoxycarbonyl then Z is the group or . Compounds of the formula (I) are inhibitors of enzyme acyl-Co:cholesterol acyltransferase and lipid peroxidation process and can be used in pharmaceutical composition.
