SUBSTANCE: invention describes compounds of the general formula (I) where R' means hydrogen atom or (C_1-4)-alkyl; A means adamantyl or mono-, di- or tricyclic residue that can be partially or totally optionally unsaturated that can involve one or some hetero-atoms taken among the group including N, S or O and optionally substituted with hydroxy-group, amino-(C_1-4)-alkyl, di-(C_1-4)-alkylamino-(C_1-4)-alkyl, (C_1-4)-alkyl; means a chain consisting of from 1 to 5 carbon atoms optionally containing a double bond or the group NR' where R' is given above; R means hydrogen atom or phenyl; X means oxygen atom or the group NR' where R' is given above or it is absent; r and m = 0, 1 or 2; B means phenylene or cyclohexylene ring; Y means hydroxy- or amino-(C_1-4)-alkyl chain optionally broken by oxygen atom under condition that tricyclic group that is determined with respect to A and means fluorenyl under condition that X does not mean O and Y is not hydroxy-group.
