FIELD: mechanical engineering; spark ignition internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: combustion chamber in proposed engine is divided into two spaces, minimum. Combustion of fuel mixture takes place only in one space made constant or variable. Spaces of combustion chamber are located either in head or in piston, or combination of arrangements of spaces is used, with one space being divided into two parts.
