SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of adamantane, namely, to a novel method of synthesis of carbonyl-containing derivatives of adamantine of the general formula: α- where is H; R² is H; R is R¹, t-CH₃, C₄H₉; C₆H₅ is H; R² is R¹; R is CH₃; CH₃,C₂H₅ is R²; CH₃ is R¹; R is i-CH₃ that are intermediate products used for synthesis of biologically active substances. Method involves the addition reaction of corresponding ketones of aliphatic and saturated aromatic order to 1,3-dehydro-adamantane in the mole ratio of reagents = 1 : (2-6) in medium of inert solvent, at ketone boiling point (56-120 C) for 6-12 h.
