FIELD: mineral products dressing by a flotation methods. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents an aeration assembly of a floatation machine, that may be used for mineral products dressing by a flotation methods in metallurgical, mining, chemical and other industries. Technical result - increase of a degree of a dispersion of air babbles and their more even distribution in volume of the flotation pulp. The aeration assembly contains the hollow shaft for an air supply and mounted on it a cone-shaped impeller with its smaller base downwards and with slots - in radial stiffening ribs. The side surface of the stiffening ribs is in the form of a truncated cone. The greater base represents a ring, on inner side of which there are the radially placed vanes having height of 1/3 of heights of an impeller in a zone of the openings formed between two contiguous ribs. The lower base has the form of a blank disc with radial channels in the disc body. The radial channels have a radial transition in the slots of the radial stiffening ribs. EFFECT: the invention allows to increase a degree of dispersion of air babbles and their more even distribution in the volume of the flotation pulp. 2 dwg
