SUBSTANCE: proposed alkaline cell has electrodes isolated by separator housed in shell filled with electrolyte and fitted with jacket made by pressure casting of thermosoftening polymer material capable of shrinkage and displaying following properties: electric resistance not less than 20.0 MOhm, electric strength not less than 14.0 kV/mm per one min, Charpy impact elasticity at plus 60 C not less than 40.0 kJ/sq m without notch and above 5.0 kJ/sq m with notch.
