SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of heating worked surface by means of acetylene-oxygen burner with controlled temperature of flame; sustaining temperature of flame torch in points of flame touching of part surface equal to (800-1000)C; keeping spacing from center of heated spot before starting metal cutting until achieving in cut layer softening temperature (550-600)C; placing burner tangentially relative to surface of heated part.
