SUBSTANCE: method involves sorption of nonspecific immunoglobulin G in microplate wells followed by addition of human serum in taken dilutions and containing the definite for each set concentration of a substance to be tested. In control set a substance to be tested is not added. After incubation and removal of the well liquid content a conjugate of enzyme with antibodies raised against the human subcomponent C Iq and a substrate for this enzyme are added. Then the amount of bound component C Iq is determined by an enzymatic reaction product and data about the amount of the bound component C Iq in the presence and absence of a substance to be tested are compared and the inhibition constant of subcomponent C Iq by this substance is calculated.
