SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of preparing antibacterial agent that involves mixing doxycycline hydrochloride as active substance with calcium stearate, lactose, potato starch and filling gelatin capsules with prepared mixture. In mixing components calcium stearate taken in the amount 5-10% of its measured amount is added to mixture preliminary at stirring for 3-5 min and then mixture is dried to residual moisture 2.5-4.5% followed by addition of remained amount of calcium stearate. Prepared dry mixture is added into gelatine capsules treated preliminary with inert gas in the rate of gas feeding 3-5 m/s.
