FIELD: lifting equipment. SUBSTANCE: system has gear rack, guide, movable frame with drive on output shaft of which drive gear is installed engaging with said gear rack, and support and pressure rolls. Two axis-to-axis distance indicators are installed on movable frame. These indicators, measuring axis- to-axis distance in gear-rack pair, consist, each, of housing with bushing made of antifriction material which accommodates movable axle with rollers mounted on one end and rolling over guide, and pointer indicator on other end. It is provided also with spring bringing said rollers in contact with guide. Housing has longitudinal slot providing visual control of position of pointer indicator and check line relative to which said pointer displaces in case of change of axis-to-axis distance in said pair.
