Amplifying gene site U-11 of human virus simplex of type 6 encodes part of tegument protein p100 that is one of the main antigens of human virus simplex of type 6. Proposed unique pair of oligonucleotides (nucleotide sequence is given in the invention claim) does not give cross reactions with relative species that ensures to determine the presence or absence of DNA of human virus simplex of type 6 in sample rapidly and reliably limiting by a single-step procedure of reaction carrying out.
