FIELD: coal and other industries. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for lifting and horizontal transportation of loads. Said device has housing accommodating drive in form of hydraulic jack, and load tackle block wire rope forming loops located along longitudinal axis of device in telescopically coupled movable and fixed pipes installed in parallel relative to each other. Wire rope of device is made closed so that of its strands are brought out of corresponding fixed pipes and of end face part of housing with possibility of fastening their ends on block provided with grip for load. Middle part of wire rope is rigidly secured by segment on end face of hydraulic jack cylinder. Telescopically coupled movable and fixed pipes are laid diametrically opposite relative to hydraulic jack cylinder and at opposite sides relative to corresponding axis. According to first design version, hydraulic cylinder is connected by its corresponding end face part with support to provide turning of device relative to support by means of intermediate member, for instance, length of chain. According to second design version, chain is used as support which is secured between two stops and is arranged along housing at one of its sides, and corresponding end face part is connected with said chain by means of lock whose body is hinge connected with said part of device housing, and wedge installed in one of chain links. Length of chain corresponds to extent of device operation zone. Device can bee furnished with additional lock engaging with movable casing by means of tie-rod passing through hole in device housing.
