FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of quinoline of the formula (I) where R means ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, isobutyl, sec. -butyl and allyl; R₄ means hydrogen atom and pharmaceutically acceptable inorganic or organic anions; R₅ means methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, methoxy-group, ethoxy-group, chlorine, bromine atom, CF₃ and OCH_xF_y where x = 0-2; y = 1-3 under condition that x + y = 3; R₆ means hydrogen atom; R₅ and R₆ taken in common form methylenedioxy-group. Invention describes also methods of synthesis of these compounds, pharmaceutical compositions based on thereof and methods of treatment of mammals. Invention can be used in medicine for treatment of diseases arising as result of autoimmune responses and pathological inflammations.
