FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: composition of components for vodka comprises 65.8% sugar syrup, white cabbage an aqueous-spirituous infusion of the 1-st decantation, sodium hydrocarbonate, milk thistle plant extract and an aqueous-spirituous liquid based on rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" taken in the following ratio, per 1000 dal of ready product, l: 65.8% sugar syrup, 10.5-12.5; white cabbage aqueous-spirituous infusion of the 1-st decantation, 1.7-2.3; milk thistle plant extract, 0.05-0.15 and also: 0.2-0.4 kg of sodium hydrocarbonate; aqueous-spirituous liquid, the balance. Invention provides enhancement of organoleptic properties of ready product, expansion of assortment of vodkas with light aromatizing tint and stability of vodka quality. The successful combination of components and their quantitative ratio confers soft, original and weak tint of licorice in after taste to vodka but neither of components posses this tint.
