FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.

SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises glucose, rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks", purified water, complex nutrient supplement "Alfaluks", dry tonic vegetable extract "Relikt" - "Aralia extract" and sodium hydrocarbonate taken in the definite ratio of components per 1000 dal of ready product. This provides the enhanced biological and nutrient value to vodka and to expand assortment of low-toxic vodkas possessing anti-radiation, hepatoprotective and cardioprotective properties. Owing to synergetic effect of components and their quantitative content vodka shows the pure vodka taste and aroma, and a novel property expressed in elimination or, at least, reducing spasmodic responses of digestive tract in vodka intake. Also, invention provides softening vodka taste significantly.
