FIELD: materials technology. SUBSTANCE: proposed method is base on use of diamond nanoparticles preheated at temperature of 1200-1300 C under vacuum and then kept at temperature of 300-400 C in oxygen-containing atmosphere. Electrophoresis is performed in electric field formed by means of movable electrode in form of peaks.
