FIELD: mining; mining of coal and other minerals from steep beds. SUBSTANCE: support has advancing rams, hydraulic props installed perpendicular to axis between lower supporting beam and roofing, and guard. It includes sections with brackets for advancing rams welded on side of caving edge, and sections with brackets for advancing rams welded closer to middle. Upper and lower roofings of each section are made in form of supporting beam box-like in cross-section with auxiliary slot in box lower side. Caving end of upper and lower beams have guards directed perpendicular to beam, downward and upward, respectively. Installed in internal cavity of each beam is drilling tool having pipe whose bottomhole end is rigidly connected with actuating member and kinematically connected by means of planetary gear to auger. Caving end of pipe is kinematically connected with feed device and with supporting beam by means of bearing support, pusher and advancing ram. Side surface of pipe breakage face part have loading holes and loading plowshare is welded at level of hole caving end. Axles of satellite gears of planetary reducing gear are rigidly connected to pusher. Diameter of actuating member equals diagonal of supporting beam cross-section. Travel value of advancing ram rod exceeds that of feed hydraulic jacks by a factor of 2. EFFECT: higher efficiency of support of working space of breakage face due to excluded creeping of support over line of dip of seam by support installing into preliminarily drilled holes. 9 dwg _
