FIELD: electronics, indication systems employing A C gaseous-discharge indicator panels, specifically, color TV gaseous-discharge videomodules. SUBSTANCE: high control reliability is provided in design thanks to fact that in pairs of first and second display elements placed in series along control electrode the last one or two electrodes of indication of first display element are common with second display element corresponding in it to first and second electrode of indication. According to method of control over A C gaseous-discharge indicator panel with one common electrode of indication in two display elements general recording pulses are fed under mode of preparation to two electrodes of indication, one of them being common electrode of indication. Under mode of addressing scanning pulses are fed to common electrode of indication, under mode of indication voltage pulses sustaining discharge are fed to all electrodes of indication which have same polarity of electrodes of indication as used under mode of preparation.. In correspondence with method of control over A C gaseous-discharge indicator panel with two common electrodes of indication in two display elements pulses of general recording are fed to two common electrodes of indication under mode of preparation. Under mode of addressing scanning pulses of general recording are fed to one of two common electrodes of indication, under mode of indication voltage pulses sustaining discharge are fed to electrodes of indication which have same polarity of electrodes of indication as used under mode of preparation. In this case full control mode over A C gaseous-discharge indicator panel with one common electrode of indication and with two common electrodes of indication in two display elements is first conducted in all first display elements and then in all second display elements or vice versa.
