FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves hardening-off seeds in thermostat for 1 h at temperature 38-40 C and presowing wetting seeds followed by germination and leaf feeding treatment of seedlings. Amino acid proline warm (30-35 C) 0.3 M solution is used as substrate for wetting seeds for 20 min. Then seeds are dried on multiplayer filter paper followed by leaf feeding seedling plants. Treatment is carried out with solution prepared as measured for 3 g of proline, 10 g of sucrose per 100 ml of distilled water. Treatment is repeated in the onset of high-temperature stress that is crucial for plants at temperature 36-38 C. Invention can be used for enhancement of heat resistance of plants. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of protection of plants against conditions of high-temperature stress.
