FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dressing of minerals by means of floatation method, in particular to aeration devices, and may be used in metallurgical, mining, chemical and other industries. Aeration unit of floatation unit comprises shaft, impeller installed on it, pipe arranged over impeller coaxially to shaft, stator with vanes. Pipe arranged over impeller is conical and represents one-piece structure made of pipe and cone connected to each other by means of ribs. Detachable cover is installed on larger base of cone, cover contains windows with plugs to control flow of pulp arriving to impeller, and stator is installed on smaller base.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of floatation.
