FIELD: powder metallurgy, possibly manufacture of hot deformed powder materials on base of cuttings waste of aluminum alloys. SUBSTANCE: method is realized by disintegrating aluminum base initial material in mill; shaping blank and subjecting it to hot plastic working. Method comprises steps of working aluminum base initial material in planetary mill during time period τ = 2 - 4 hours in saturated aqueous solution of orthoboric acid with its content Css = (20 - 45) mass% ; using as aluminum base initial material cuttings waste of aluminum alloys; before hot plastic working, heating blank in air at temperature th = 680 - 720 C for time period τn = 1.5 - 2.5 min.
