FIELD: ignition and stabilization of burning of coal dust burners. SUBSTANCE: facility to ignite pulverized coal fuel includes fuel-feeding pipe coupled to source of coal dust by means of fuel-feeding conduit and fitted with air injection conduit, control air injection conduit, ignition chamber and plasma generator which is oriented along axis of ignition chamber and fuel-feeding pipe. Control air injection conduit comes in the form of ejector on which longitudinal axis directing ring is placed, adjusting bushing uniaxial with longitudinal axis of ejector and outlet hole of plasma generator is mounted for reciprocating motion in ring. Outlet hole of fuel-feeding conduit is located in front of outlet edge of ejector. Source of coal dust is additionally coupled to clearance located between edge of intake hole of ejector and directing ring. Control air injection conduit comes in the form of at least two slit cuts in wall of fuel-feeding pipe oriented at angle with its longitudinal axis. Nearest of slit cuts is away from edge of intake hole of ejector by distance of 2.0-2.5 diameters of fuel-feeding pipe. Each slit cut is divided into sections isolated one from another, air-feeding conduits to them are isolated one from another and equipped with air injection controllers. Distance between slit cuts corresponds to 0.13 diameter of fuel-feeding pipe. Plasma generator is mounted for reciprocating motion with reference to ejector. EFFECT: provision for maximum effective condition of interaction of plasma column and coal dust flow, reduced consumption of power, raised operational reliability. 2 cl, 1 dwg
