FIELD: special-destination alloys. SUBSTANCE: method envisages at least four remeltings each followed by ingot crystallization rate less than 0.6 mm/s except final remelting which is followed by ingot crystallization at a rate more than 0.6 mm/s. Invention allows increasing, on standard equipment, productivity of rare-earth metal-based alloy manufacture process by 2.5 times and provides for manufacturing alloys with high technical characteristics and stable properties suitable for use of alloys as components of heat pumps and hydrogen accumulators. EFFECT: increased manufacture productivity and improved properties of alloys. 1 tbl
