SUBSTANCE: method involves separating and marking on local map hail center in hail precipitation zone by radar probing of near-ground atmospheric layer; determining total kinetic energy of precipitated hail per unit of ground surface in discrete points of given hail center; separating for each discrete point of hail center from total kinetic energy of precipitated hail per unit of ground surface the part that is in direct contact with aboveground crop part and providing destructive action thereupon; judging extent of damage caused to farm crops by hailstorm.
