SUBSTANCE: it is suggested to apply tetrahydrofolates of natural stereoisomer form previously known as inhibitors of thrombocyte aggregation, as active substance to obtain pharmaceutic composition indicated to affect homocysteine level, to decrease hyperhomocysteinemia, as well at preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases or at preventing disorders of nervous tube, and, also, pharmaceutical compositions based upon the abovementioned tetrahydrofolates and vitamins of B6 and/or B12 group.
