SUBSTANCE: the apparatus has a means for local heating enclosed in a catheter and a means for temperature sounding (11), the first means for temperature sounding is coupled to the first carrier that serves for advancement through the catheter and outlet from it. The first carrier is provided with a sharpened end for introduction of it into biologic tissues that are subject to the thermal effect. Thermal effect on biologic tissues is conducted by heating of them at least by one means for local heating at a continuous temperature sounding of the tissue by the means for temperature sounding. The first means for temperature sounding is advanced through the catheter and brought out of it from its exterior side and radially relative to the catheter, to the zone of heating of the biologic tissue.
