FIELD: application of coats in vacuum; obtaining metal coats on inner surfaces of tubular articles having diameter of from 12 mm. SUBSTANCE: one end of extended cathode is connected to negative pole of arc supply source. Trigger electrode is located at other end of cathode. Arc extinction unit is made in form of time relay connected to arc supply circuit by means of contact pair. Anode is made in form of taper clip embracing article to be coated and electrically connected with it; it is located on side of cathode current lead. Time relay winding is connected between cathode current lead and trigger electrode. EFFECT: simplified construction; enhanced adhesion. 1 dwg
