FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used in production of functional drinks. Method of obtaining honey-berry beverage is characterized in that a cavitation treatment of berries mixture with water and honey is carried out at a temperature of 50–70 °C for 30–60 minutes, followed by aseptic filling and corking of product. Initial components are used at the following ratio, of 100 weight parts: berries – 10–15, honey – 5–10, water – the rest.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a new functional honey-berry beverage with increased biological value.
