FIELD: spectral analysis. SUBSTANCE: at first stage semiquantitative analysis of tested gas flow is conducted. In the course of it first tested gas flow is supplied into source of excitation of spectrum fed by generator without mixer with the help of system metering flow rate of second controlled gas flow. Processing spectral-analytical signals generated by spectrum analyzer leads to semiquantitative analysis for matrix composition and content of microelements. At second stage set of specimens of powder materials of hydrocarbon matrix with metered content of microelements is utilized to construct calibration graphs by method of additions. Each specimen is fed into device where it is atomized by flow of carrier gas produced by compressor. In accordance with method of additions produced aerosol is injected through mixer of gas flows into tested gas flow taking into account flow rate of powder material determined by operational parameters of device and flow rate of carrier gas (air). Then this mixture is directed into source of excitation of spectrum fed by generator. Processing analytical signals generated by spectrum analyzer produces dependence of intensity on content of certain concentration of corresponding elements in aerosol. This dependence is utilized to construct calibration graphs with due account of concentration of powder material in hydrocarbon matrix carried by gas flow and content of metered microelements.
