SUBSTANCE: tool is in the form of cup-shaped cylindrical disc mounted on tool spindle, profiled according to initial rack and designed for working by rolling around different recesses of teeth at forward and back strokes.

SUBSTANCE: in order to enhance efficiency and to improve quality of surface layer, onto halves of outer and inner cylindrical surfaces layer of copper-graphite variable cross-section impregnating agent is applied onto insulation material. Layer of impregnating agent with maximum thickness is applied onto diametrically opposite zones of outer and inner cylindrical surfaces. Layer of impregnating agent with minimum thickness is applied onto boundaries of zones of maximum thickness. Tool may be used for finishing and dwelling after connection of abrasive-diamond portion of tool and worked part with electric current supply source. Tool may be used for rough abrasive-diamond working without connection to electric current supply source.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, improved quality and operational properties of surface layer of tool.
