FIELD: public health, microbiology, vaccine prophylaxis.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for evaluation of immunogenic properties of anti-whooping vaccines making for series producing. Method provides reducing time for analysis, consumption of testing vaccines and elimination of laboratory animals. Testing anti-whooping vaccine is treated with low-frequency ultrasonic oscillation 42-50 kHz for 5 min and the neutralization reaction of antigen with erythrocytes sensitized with whooping toxin and hyperimmune serum against whooping toxin is carried out followed by determination of amount whooping toxin. Testing vaccine is defined as highly immune in the value of whooping toxin from 18 ± 1.45 mcg/ml and above.
EFFECT: improved evaluating method.
