SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of DNA-base vaccine against HIV. Invention proposes self-replicating recombinant vector expressing HIV regulatory proteins: TAT, NEF, REV, a method for it preparing, DNA-base vaccine containing indicated vector for immunization against HIV, method for HIV treatment or prophylaxis. Invention provides the development of a self-replicating vector expressing HIV regulatory proteins and a safety vaccine against HIV.
EFFECT: improved treatment and prophylaxis method, valuable medicinal properties of vaccine.
