VACCINE AGAINST HIV/AIDS Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A61K39/395 C07K14/155

Abstract RU 2475264 C2

FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of biotechnology, virology and medicine. Vaccine against HIV/AIDS, includes compound of vaccine antigens of HIV/AIDS virus and pharmacologically acceptable carrier. As vaccine antigens of HIV/AIDS virus applied is chimeric recombinant polypeptide, copying immunoactive areas of three HIV1 proteins - fragment of transmembrane protein gp41, coded by gen env, full-size recombinant protein p24, coded by gen gag, and fragment of internal protein p17, coded by gen gag. As polymer carrier applied is derivative of heterochain polyamines with molecular weight 50000-150000D at ratio 1:10.

EFFECT: invention presence safe vaccine against HIV/AIDS, which has high immunogenic activity and antigen specificity.
