SUBSTANCE: invention describes new anti-estrogenic compounds that can be used for treatment of multiple disorders, in particular, estrogen-dependent disturbances. Preferable compounds comprises 1,3,5-estratriene ring and are substituted at position C-17 or C-11 with molecular fragment that makes these compounds effective in blocking estrogen binding with its receptor. Especially preferable compounds are 17-deoxy-1,3,5-estratrienes. Invention describes also therapeutic methods and pharmaceutical compositions.
EFFECT: improved treatment and synthesis methods, valuable medicinal properties of compounds.
