FIELD: tools for turning and boring machines.

SUBSTANCE: assembled tool has housing, cutting plate provided with an opening and secured in the corner socket of the housing via a rod with the cap and nut mounted through the threaded connection on the end of the rod, and bushing mounted in the through step opening in the housing coaxially with the rod. The first face of the bushing is in interaction with the nut. The cutting part of the tool is provided with a ring made of torus and mounted in the through step opening from the side of the second face of the bushing for displacement to the axis of the rod and interaction with it. The ring is mounted for permitting a contact of its toroidal side from the side opposite to the top of the corner socket with conical surface of the bottom of the through step opening, the second face of the bushing, and rod. The axis of the rod is shifted with respect to the opening in the cutting plate toward the top of the corner socket .
