FIELD: metal working, metal cutting.

SUBSTANCE: tool includes body, cutting tip with opening mounted in angular seat by means of rod with head and nut screwed on threaded end of rod. First and second sleeves are arranged in stepped opening of tool body coaxially relative to rod and they are engaged one with another by their end faces inclined relative to rod axis with possibility of shifting second sleeve to rod axis and engagement with it. Tool also includes screw designed for orienting end faces of sleeves inclined relative to rod axis towards apex of said angular seat and for engaging with lengthwise groove of first sleeve; and washer placed on bottom of stepped opening of tool body and engaged with second sleeve surface normal to rod axis.

EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability, increased rigidity due to elimination of cutting tip bending.
