FIELD: mechanical engineering; metal working and cutting.

SUBSTANCE: proposed tool has housing in which cutting blade with hole is secured in angular socket by means of rod with head on end of which thread is made. First and second bushings in contact through end face surfaces inclined to axis rod and installed for displacement of second bushing relative to rod axis and engaging with rod are arranged in through stepped hole of housing. To increase strength, tool is furnished with chip breaker installed on cutting blade and made in form of plate with hole and end face surface designed for engagement with cut off chip and chip breaking said plate is installed at angle relative to front surface of cutting blade pointed to side of its top and main cutting edge. Head of rod passing through hole in chip breaker plate is fitted in cavity made in chip breaker plate is fitted in cavity made in chip breaker from side of its side surface opposite to other surface in contact with front surface of cutting blade. First bushing is fixed in through stepped hole of housing, being pointed with its end face surface inclined relative to rod axis towards side of top of angular socket. Second bushing engaging with first bushing is provided with stepped hole and with centering belt from side of end face perpendicular to rod of axis of rod. It has thread on inner diameter for engaging with threaded end of rod which is made with stepped increase of diameter from threaded end to head, thus forming increased diameter section for engagement with side surface of increased diameter hole made in second bushing from side of its end face surface inclined to axis of rod.

EFFECT: increased strength, improved operation reliability of tool.
