FIELD: mechanical engineering; metal working and cutting.
SUBSTANCE: proposed tool has housing, cutting blade with hole secured in angular socket of housing by rod provided with head and thread on end, first and second bushings fitted in stepped hole of housing coaxially with rod and contacting with end face surfaces non-perpendicular to axis of rod for displacing first bushing relative to rod axis and engaging with rod. To improve operation reliability and increase strength, tool is furnished with chip breaker, washer and screw. Chip breaker is installed on cutting blade and is made in form of plate with hole and end face surface designed for interaction with cut off chip and chop breaking, plate being arranged at angle relative to front surface of cutting blade and pointed to side of top and main cutting edge of cutting blade. Head of rod passing through hole in chip breaker plate is arranged in cavity made in chip breaker plate from side of its side surface opposite to other side surface in contact with front surface of cutting blade. Washer is installed on bottom of through stepped hole of housing and it contacts through flat end face surface with end face surface of first bushing square to axis of rod. Contacting, non-perpendicular relative to rod axis, end face surfaces of first and second bushings are made conical. End face surface of second bushing non-perpendicular to axis of rod is made in form of conical cavity. Axis of rod and axis of through stepped hole in housing are displaced relative to axis of hole in cutting blade in direction of top of housing angular socket, and end face surfaces of first and second bushings non-perpendicular to axis of rod are installed for contact with each other from side opposite to top of angular socket. Screw is installed in housing and is designed to prevent turning of second bushing around rod axis at screwing in and it engages with longitudinal slot made in second bushing. Thread is made in hole of second bushing from side of end face perpendicular to axis of rod.
EFFECT: increased strength, improved operation reliability of tool.
