FIELD: tools for turning and boring machines.

SUBSTANCE: assembled tool has housing, cutting plate provided with an opening and secured in the corner socket in the housing through the rod having the head and thread at its end, and bushing mounted in the step opening of the housing for permitting displacement toward the axis of the rod and interaction with it. The tool is provided with screw and member for braking chips mounted on the cutting plate and made of a plate with an opening for passing the rod and face surface for interaction with the cut thread and grinding of chip inclined to the front surface of the cutting plate and facing the top and main cutting edge of the cutting plate. The head of the rod is housed in the hollow made in the plate of the member for breaking chips from the side opposite to the other side which is in a contact with the front side of the cutting plate. The bushing has the longitudinal groove and through step opening and is mounted with a spaced relation over the outer diameter. The first face of the bushing has the centering collar. The through step opening of the bushing is threaded from the side of its first face for permitting interaction with the threaded end of the rod whose axis is shifted with respect to the axis of the opening in the cutting plate toward the top of the corner socket. The second face of the bushing is provided with a spherical surface for engaging the conical surface of the bottom of the step opening in the housing from the side opposite to the top of the corner socket. The rod is stepwise and has the part of enlarged size for the interaction with the surface of the through step opening in the bushing from the side of its second face. The screw is mounted inside the housing for permitting interaction with the longitudinal groove in the bushing to prevent it against rotation around the axis of the rod when it is screwed. The tool can be made of a cutting tool.
