FIELD: metal working, namely by cutting.

SUBSTANCE: tool includes body; cutting tip having opening and mounted in angular seat of body by means of headed rod with threaded end; first and second sleeves arranged in stepped opening of body along the same axis as rod and mutually engaged by their end surfaces that are not normal to rod axis with possibility of shifting second sleeve towards axis of rod and engaging with it. End surface of first sleeve normal relative to rod axis engages with nut. In order to simplify change of cutting tip, tool is provided with washer placed on bottom through stepped opening of body. Flat end surface of said washer engages with end surface of second sleeve normal relative to rod axis. Mutually engaged not normal to rod axis end surfaces of first and second sleeves are cone ones. Not normal to rod axis end surface of first sleeve is in the form of cone recess. Rod axis is shifted relative to axis of opening of cutting tip to side of apex of angular seat of body. Not normal to rod axis end surfaces of first and second sleeves are placed with possibility of mutual engagement at side opposite relative to apex of angular seat. Tool may be in the form of cutter.

EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of tool, simplified process of changing cutting tip.
