FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in preparing vodkas. Vodka comprises the following components, per 1 000 dal: rosewort (snowdon rose) dry extract "Relikt", 0.045-0.55 kg; glycerol, 0.29-0.33 kg; 65.8%-th sugar syrup, 11.0-12.0 l, and an aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Vodka has vanillin (after) taste and vanillin aroma tint in the absence of vanillin as a component of vodka and the absence of components with these properties. Proposed invention provides reducing cost of the end product due to reducing consumption of expensive components, improvement of organoleptic properties of ready product, conferring vanillin tint to taste and aroma of vodka.
EFFECT: improved properties of vodka.
