FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in preparing vodkas. Vodka comprises the following components, per 1 000 dal: glucose, 0.9-1.1 kg; sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.35-0.45 kg; 9%-th vinegar, 0.18-0.22 l; vanillin as an alcoholic solution (1:100), 0.08-0.12 l; an aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance, to provide the strength 45%. Invention provides improvement of organoleptic indices of vodka, conferring cognac-vanillin tint to its taste and aroma, and its reducing cost due to excluding expensive components from its composition.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
