SUBSTANCE: proposed CCD reader designed for use as part of photodetector that also incorporates infrared matrix is assembled on semiconductor substrate and has matrix of input devices made of fragments, each incorporating four input devices; each input device has input diffusion area whose polarity of conductivity is reverse to that of substrate, as well as insulating layer that carries input gate, storage gate, carry gate, and output diffusion area, all forming charge-coupled components, and also read-out column bus. Storage gate, carry gate, and output diffusion area are common for all input devices of fragment; output diffusion area is connected to read-out column bus. Reader also has line control voltage shaper, multiple-input switch, two control buses for input gates, storage gate control bus, and carry gate control bus. In addition reader is provided with two input gate control buses, each input gate being connected to its respective control bus.
EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity of photodetector.
